Athar Shahab, Director
Mr. Athar Shahab is the Managing Director of Zuari Industries Limited and has over 33 years of experience in project finance, investments and general management. He has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as L&T, Vedanta, IDFC, AES and ICICI. He serves as a board member of several subsidiaries and joint venture companies of the Group. Mr. Shahab holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from VSS University of Technology, Burla, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was awarded the Maxi Gold Medal for excellence in marketing.
Gurdeep Singh, Business Head
A leading HR practitioner with rich experience of over 25 years, he has worked for organizations like Dodsal & Punj Lloyd. He played a pivotal role in designing several of the HR practices. A postgraduate in Personnel Management from Pune University, his areas of interest include strategy & leadership management, change management, learning management system, employee relations, wellness and automation.
